You may have a rough idea of where your car is parked, but that won’t get you home. I don’t really want to admit how much I rely on this app, but it’s very handy.
BMW’s Parking Assistant is a free app for iPhone and has everything you need. Location, timer, direction, even anticipates how many minutes walking time to get back to your car and alerts you when you should be wrapping up your meeting or asking for the bill.
First, allow the app to know your location. Some people have been blocking permissions of apps but this makes your life easier by automatically grabbing the location of your parking space.
Second, put in the details, Street or Car Park, what you’ll be doing and how fast you typically (or want to) walk.
Third, pick your time. The app can be opened at anytime to see how much longer you have allotted or have in your meter.
Not only will this help you find your car, but it has helped me remember how much time I’ve got left in my meter.
