Everyone seems to be hunting for pics of the Chrome Lamborghini Aventador from Gumballl 3000; maybe because its chrome, maybe for its “Winning” license plates or maybe to see more of Bryan and Concubine Salamone. Either way, this combination is winning in the spirit of the Gumball and creating a lot of buzz. Here’s more great photos from Team Salamone in the 2012 Gumball 3000 (Team 27) and a bit more about the couple piloting the car.
Team Salamone was founded in 2008. Team Salamone 2008 entered rallies and charity events using a 2009 Lamborghini LP 560 together with a Lotus Elise (modified).
Since then, Team Salamone has two Lamborghini automobiles the Verde Ithica 560 (neon green) or “Gallardo” and a 2012 Aventador. Team Salamone ran the Bull Run from Las Vegas to Miami in 2012. The Bull Run Rally links.
Team Salamone was the first private owner of the Aventador east coast of the United States and in May 25, 2012 Team Salamone will run in the Gum Ball 3000 from New York to California.
Team Salamone has a charity: The Little Sisters of the Poor
Bryan and Concubine founded Team Salamone together. Traveled the world adventures and forming charities. Concubine is a name a nickname which was given to Team Salamone co-driver in the forbidden city of China during a commitment ceremony. The name is not meant to be degrading or demeaning and there is certainly a very long story in connection with this name; and the individual that proposed this name and the circumstances surrounding it. Long story short; during the commitment ceremony Team Salamone was advised that in the Forbidden City the most powerful woman was the Emperor’s Concubine known as the Dragon Lady. She had more power than the Emperor’s wife. She also had control of the riches. That time, that nickname was born and given to the individual known as Concubine. She was happy to receive the name and it was given to her by a close friend and she bears a “double dragon” full back tattoo which is symbolic in some ways to the dragon lady known as Concubine who ruled China by proxy had more power and riches than any female at that point of history.
Who knows what they will be driving in the 2013 Gumball as there’s already a Yellow Bentley, Green Supperleggera, and the Chrome Aventador in the Salamone’s garage.
